Consultations and Initial Deposits: Payments made for consultations or initial deposits are non-refundable. These payments secure our time and commitment to your project.

Refunds Before Approval: If you are not satisfied with the initial drafts or concepts provided by LRC Agency and wish to terminate the project before submitting final approval, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed up to that point and will exclude any non-refundable deposits or fees.

No Refunds After Approval: Once you have provided final approval for a design, branding material, or any deliverable, no refunds will be issued. This includes any final artwork, designs, or completed projects that have been approved by you, as approval indicates acceptance of the work in its final form.

Scope Changes and Additional Work: Any requests for revisions or additional work beyond the initial scope of the project will be subject to additional fees. These costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any further work begins.

Cancellation by LRC Agency: In rare cases where LRC Agency must cancel a project for reasons outside of the client's control, a refund for uncompleted work will be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees.
